They improve agility by developing speed, balance, coordination, footwork, and quick decision-making through dynamic movement drills and obstacle challenges. Participants also learn and refine essential ninja skills, including vaults, rolls, precision jumps, swinging techniques, and safe landing mechanics. As they progress, they apply these abilities by navigating creative ninja obstacle courses that promote problem-solving, endurance, and confidence.<\/p>\n<p>This 50-minute class offers a well-rounded introduction to gymnastics, providing a fun and structured environment where children can build confidence, learn new skills, and make friends!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<br \/><\/strong>Our ninja classes are held once a week with the option to add additional classes at a discounted rate. With classes running on a month-by-month commitment, families have the flexibility to join at any time, as long as there's space available.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Class registration is non-refundable<\/strong>. If you need to cancel your registration, we can credit your Roots account, provided we receive notification before the start of the session.
