Tumble 1 (11-17 )- Rogelio De La Pena - T-7

Tumble classes are for all ages 5-17. They are 55 min. classes and are held once a week. Our skilled instructors start with building physical strength in the upper and lower body. The students are introduced to basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front hand springs and back handsprings on our state of the art spring floor and other tumbling equipment that we have such as our in ground trampolines, tumble trampolines and various skill cushions.  Students’ progress based on their own physical ability and skill level as they master each skill presented.
