Tumble 3 (11-17)- Hannah Simmons - M-5

Tumble classes are for girls and boys ages 5-17. They are 55 min. classes and are held once a week. Our skilled instructors start with building physical strength in the upper and lower body. The students are introduced to basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front hand springs and back handsprings on our state of the art spring floor and other tumbling equipment that we have such as our in ground trampolines, tumble trampolines and various skill cushions.  Students’ progress based on their own physical ability and skill level as they master each skill presented. Tumble 3 focuses on the upper level skills of tumbling such as front and back handsprings, round-off multiple back handsprings along with front and back flips.
