Level: Blue Super Ninja

Ninja class for boys and girls focusing on advanced beginner super ninja skills: 1-2 climb to 180, spring board to handstand, twist jump 180, ninja rolls, flips, wall pops, jump-to-bar swings, rope climb, warped wall climbs and more. We use gymnastics equipment and obstacle courses to help our ninjas improve body control, spatial awareness, strength and speed. Every class will spend 10 minutes on a special conditioning circuit with planks, burpees, box jumps and upper body exercises.
