Tumbling and Trampoline Summer Fun Camp 2019 - July 29 - August 2

Instructor(s): Tyler Terrell

Our summer camps are highly recommended for both experienced students who are enrolled in classes, and beginners who want to learn gymnastics skills.   This year we are excited to announce Tumbling and Trampoline camps AND artistic gymnastics camps!  Tumbling and Trampoline camps will work on power tumbling, trampoline and double mini trampoline skills.  Artistic gymnastics camps will work on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

We host three different weeks of camps which will be held Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to Noon.  Preregister at least one week before camp for early bird tuition of $125.  Late registration (less than 7 days before camp, including walk-ins) is $135.  Be sure to ask for the multi-camp discount for the second or third camp for the same child!  A camp T-Shirt will be included in the first camp the child attends!  (We cannot guarantee shirts for late registrations and walk-ins).  We require a  minimum enrollment of 12 for a camp session to make.

2019 Camp Dates

June 10-14

July 8-12

July 29 - August 2

Our campers are split into ability groups:  preschool, beginner, advanced beginner and intermediate/advanced.

Preschool camp is available only for Tumbling and Trampoline.  The preschool experience is specifically designed to encourage air and spacial awareness, fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, strength, and the basics of gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline skills.  We do this by using fun, energetic and strategic sets of circuit-based stations.  Kids are moving constantly with minimal time waiting in line.

Beginners are introduced to all of our equipment:   inflatable air track, the tumble trampoline, the double mini trampoline, the rod floor,  the Olympic trampolines and more!  They will start with the fundamentals of gymnastics and work their way up as high as they can before the camp week is out!

Our camps are effective for skill development. Students who are currently enrolled in classes will get longer rotations than they do in class and will learn skills more quickly. Returning each day helps build immediately on what is learned so it will last.

We will play various games, including extreme jump rope games, ships and sailors, amoeba tag, and will build human pyramids. On Thursdays we will have a massive water balloon fight and water slides!  On Fridays we'll cap off the week with an exhibition for parents. Each camp will be different, so do as many as you can, and don't miss any of the fun!

We are located in the town of Pilot Point in Denton County and serve Tioga, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Providence Village, Sanger and Denton, as well as students from Allen, McKinney, Celina and the surrounding areas.
