Every skill will be scaled. For those who are just beginning their fitness journey, to those who are working more advanced skills.
Students will learn basics through advanced terminology, skills, drills, and progressions, for tumbling and trampoline.
Tumbling skill focus will be on:
Front & Back Rolls
Cartwheels and Round-offs
Developing the Back Handspring
And then onto advanced tumbling.
Trampoline skill focus will be on:
Basics through front and back flipping skills, drills and progression with the goal of doing good front and back flips.
After flipping is mastered, students will learn how to twist.
