Choosing a Class
Please select the "Program" from the drop down menus to choose which location and time frame you are interested in enrolling in. You can also filter the classes by "Level", "Instructor", "Age", "Day", and whether a class has "Openings". If looking to enroll in our current session, please do so the week before you would like to attend. I.e. if you are looking for a Sunday class, please enroll on or after the previous Monday so as not to be charged for that day.
If you do not find an available class that matches your schedule, please try another location or email us so that we can form a class for you. We need 3 swimmers to run a group class.
Group Class Monthly Billing and Payment Policy
We are on a rolling admission so you may register at any time and will be prorated for the remainder of the current month. You will be billed on a monthly basis on the 15th of the month for the following month’s tuition.
All accounts will be required to have a valid credit/debit card on file. This will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month for the balance on your account. If you wish to pay by cash or check, please do so before the 19th to avoid having the card on file charged on the 20th. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept AMEX at this time.
You may cancel your enrollment at any point in the session without penalty so long as you give us 30 days written notice. If you need to cancel with less than 30 days notice, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged.
Annual Family Enrollment Fee
There is a $45 annual family enrollment fee posted per family upon enrollment and on the following year anniversaries. This helps cover administrative fees, insurance and supports scholarships through the Hope Floats Foundation for swimmers who need financial assistance. Please contact us for more information on how you can help us Swim It Forward and prevent a child in our community from drowning!
Make-up Lessons and Swim-ins
If your child is under the weather or has experienced, fever, diarrhea or vomiting in the past 24 hours, please keep them home until he or she is well again. If vomit or fecal matter enter the water, the pool will need to be shut down for cleaning. You may request a makeup token for your missed lesson.
When you are absent from your group class, you are automatically issued a makeup token that you may use to schedule a make-up lesson in a class with availability via the parent portal. You may redeem your token at any time as long as you are currently enrolled in our program as you are only covered by insurance when you are enrolled. These tokens expire 6 months from the date of the absence. All make-ups must be booked online by you and a confirmation email will be sent.
If you know that you will be absent from your group class in advance, please also fill out the "Report Absence" form on our website to allow your spot to be available to another make-up swimmer.
Private / Semi-Private Lessons
You will only be charged for lessons when we are in session. For any future cancellations or schedule changes, please email us so that we are sure to update our calendar and bill your account accurately. Please do not rely on the AquaDeck Assistant or your instructor to let us know. Email to the office is the most reliable correspondence. We will credit any prepaid funds to your Aquabilities account to be used towards a future lesson.
You will be charged the full tuition for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours written notice by email unless you find another swimmer to take your place. Please understand our instructors rely on their hours for income and they will still be paid in your absence. If you have a weekly spot and you need to cancel outside of the 24 hours, the following fee will be assessed to help cover our instructor's time lost due to the cancellation:
15 minute lessons: $15
30 minute lessons: $30
45 minute lessons: $45
If you are unable to commit to a weekly time slot and prefer to schedule private lessons on an as needed basis, please place your request via email each week before you would like your lesson. A $10 administrative fee per lesson will be added to your tuition for this service.
All swimmers are required to wear a swim cap in the water. A variety of caps including soft cloth and long hair caps may be purchased on deck for $10-$12.
Swim Bottom Policy
We require swimmers ages 0-3 or who are not 100% toilet trained to wear a Happy Nappy swim bottom. The Happy Nappy does not look like a diaper at all and is made of thick comfortable neoprene material which prevents any solid waste from getting into the pool.
It is required that each swimmer be measured by our staff, prior to purchase to ensure the best possible fit. This is a snug fitting swim bottom to ensure the containment of waste. We stock sizes up to 3T and can order larger sizes if requested in advance. The Happy Nappy swim bottom, jammer or girls swim suit may be purchased on deck for $15-$25.
If a swimmer is not wearing a properly fitted Happy Nappy swim bottom and an accident occurs, a fee of $150 will be billed to the family for pool cleaning. You will not be charged the cleanup fee if you child is wearing the properly fitted Happy Nappy swim bottom. This is just a little added insurance for you.
