Advanced beginner level. Swimmers begin to swim without support. Swimmers should be able to submerge their faces in the water. This level builds upon the skills gained in previous level 100 classes. Safety rules and introductory lifesaving techniques are also taught at this level as these are vital to true water safety. Swimmers are introduced to multiple types of strokes to improve treading water and forward motion. Students focus on endurance as well as technique. 6-12 classes are recommended to see significant improvement and advancement in level. Up to 4 students per class. This class is 30 minutes.
