Intermediate Swim 303 (9-12)

Level: Intermediate (300)

Intermediate level. Swimmers will swim without support. Swimmers have already mastered swim and stroke basics. In this level the strokes will be practiced across the width of the pool to improve strength, consistency, and technique. Safety rules and lifesaving skills are also taught at this level. Stroke improvement, overall confidence, deep water, endurance and survival skills are the primary goals at this level. Swim team readiness skills taught. 6-12 classes are recommended to see a significant improvement in skill/technique and confidence for advancement. Up to 4 students per class. This class is 30 minutes.
