Pre-Swim 101 (4-5)

Level: Beginner (100)

Beginner level. Swimmers learn basic mechanics of swimming with support. Safety rules and introductory techniques are taught at this level. Instructors focus on water acclimation and submersion, breath control and technique, as well as arm and leg coordination. Swimmers also learn to float and are introduced to strokes. 6-12 classes are recommended for advancement in level. Up to 4 students per class. This class is 30 minutes.
