Beginning Tumbling (5th & Up)

Level: Beginner

Class Length: 60 Minutes

This stage has two levels of learning. In the first level the athlete will acquire beginning skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. The athlete will use the trampoline and the tumble track to learn jumps and to sharpen their skills.

 

The second level will be focusing on skills such as back bend kick-overs, back walkovers,, front limbers, front walkovers, and the beginning stages of a back handspring. The athlete will utilize the use of the trampoline and tumble track to sharpen their jumps, round-offs, and to sharpen their kick-overs and back handspring.
