Skills for level 2;
Vault: Run to board hits, run to straight jumps, heel drive drills, handstand to flat back drills, handstand body shapes.
Bars: pullover without spot, cast, back hip circle, leg cut, mill circles, tap swings, squat on to low bars, chin ups, pull ups and straight leg leg lifts.
Beam: jump to front support mount, arabesque; knees and standing, lever, 1/2 pivot turn, strong jumps and walks, cartwheels and handstands on low beam, spotted cartwheels and handstands on high beam.
Floor: Strong Cartwheels, proper handstand body shapes, handstand step downs, straight arm back rolls, back bends, kick overs, jumps, body shaped, drills for round offs.
Body shapes: Hollow, plank, candle, arches, straight legs, straight arms, pointed toes, pikes, straddles, tucks, push ups, leg lunges, sit ups, hollow rock and reverse hollow rocks.
