In this class we build upon the body shapes that are previously taught and start to build on the technique. We encourage them to self-monitor their practice at each station to build up independent drive and commitment. Coaches utilize more drills to teach technical skill success. Technical basics serve as a foundation for the performance of more advanced skills.
