8:1 Ratio, 1 hour class, Co-Ed
This class will build upon the established tumbling basics and introduce them to salto twisting skills. Building upon the athletes cardio and flexibility we will also begin more repetitions of strength conditioning to faster progress their tumbling skills. After you master your combo to tuck and layout it’s time to start twisting! Set high and pull tight - This class works on running passes, standing, front twists and advanced combination passes.
