Cheer Tumble Advanced (Inactive)

Advanced Cheer Tumbling - Athletes will learn proper technique for intermediate and advanced body positions, conditioning exercises, take off and landing drills, and cheer jump technique. Athletes will need to have perfected a standing flip flop and round off flip flop to sign up for this class. The focus of this class will be to gain skills such as tuck, layouts fulls, etc…
