1. READ THE FINANCIAL POLICIES CAREFULLY. Tuition installments are explained as well as the cancellation policy.
2. STUDENTS WILL BE PLACED IN CLASSES ACCORDING TO THEIR AGE AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2016. Enrollment will be denied for a class if your child is not the appropriate age.
3. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WHEN REQUESTING AN ENROLLMENT. Payment is due at the time the enrollment is approved. We will hold a request for enrollment for 24 hours without payment. Make sure your credit card info is up to date.
4. PLEASE ADD AT LEAST 3 PHONE NUMBERS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. In addition to a phone number for mom and dad, we would like to have an emergency contact number.
Please Review This Important Information:
- Please do not create duplicate accounts. Previous athletes at ChampionsTX already have an account. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please email Accounts@ChampionsTX.com or hit the forgot password button.
- For classes that require instructor approval, please talk to a coach first, or new students should email Office@ChampionsTX.com to see if an evaluation is needed.
- After selecting a class, click "Continue" until you see the "Finish" to submit for approval.
- Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your request. Once approved, required fees will be charged to your card on file and are non-refundable. A receipt will be emailed.
- To access our financial policies, rules, guidelines, and waivers, log in and click "Rules/Policies" on the left hand menu.
