Tumble Lvl 1.5 Thurs 6pm


Level: Level 1

This level 1.5 tumble class is designed for athletes ages 7-18 with some tumble experience. The primary focus is to increase flexibility, upper body strength, and overall coordination by strengthening proper techniques for bridge kick overs, front walk overs, back walk overs, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and running round offs. Once the athlete has strongly developed these skills, they can advance into a tumbling level 2 class.
