Tumble Lvl 1 Mon 6pm


Level: Level 1

This beginner tumble class is designed for athletes ages 7-16 with no tumble experience. The primary focus is to Increase flexibility, upper body strength, and overall coordination by learning proper techniques for forward rolls, backward rolls, bridges, bridge kick overs, front walk overs, back walk overs, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and running round offs. Once the athlete has strongly developed these skills, they can advance into a tumbling level 2 class.
