Tumble Beginner Tues 6pm (Inactive)

This beginner tumble class is designed for athletes ages 7-18 with no tumble experience. The primary focus is to develop motor skills, hand-eye coordination, muscle memory, and body control by learning proper techniques for forward rolls, backward rolls, bridges, bridge kick overs, handstands, and cartwheels. Once the athlete has strongly developed these skills, they can advance into a tumbling level 1 class.
