Acrobatics is a high energy performing art that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and motor coordination. Each class will begin with exercise and stretching techniques, followed by warm-ups and stretches for the body combined with across-the-floor progressions and mini combinations. Students will learn the basics of Acro in a beginner class (walkovers, backbends, cartwheels, etc.), while advanced class students will progress onto higher level skills (aerials, hand stands, tucks, etc.). Students of any age will progress on an individual basis.
