Ages 16 months to 2 years 30 minute class
Note: Parent/ Adult Helper Participation Required (1 adult per child)
This class is designed to introduce your little one to movement in a safe, age appropriate setting. Coaches and parents/ helpers will guide each child through stations where they will learn body shapes, terminology, gym safety, and body awareness while becoming acclimated to an organized class. Each station is designed to promote brain and body development through movement which includes walking, balancing, jumping and rolling. This class will be an enjoyable physical, mental and social experience for your child.
