SPECIALTY: STRETCH, FLEX & JUMP

Stretching is not only beneficial for jumps and flyer flexibility, but it also reduces the overall risk of injury for all star athletes as well as athletes in our tumbling classes. This stretching class will focus on the proper techniques of stretching the right, left, and middle splits, proper back flexibility, and proper shoulder flexibility. Ages 5 and up are welcome!
