Adult Dance for Fitness (Ages 18+): Weds, 12:30PM, MAY 2- MAY 23

This is an adult dance fitness class is taught by a professional dancer and is based on various dance styles (Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical and even Hip Hop) to help you stay active and fit. Open to all adult fitness levels. No experience necessary, but those with a dance background will love it.  55-minute class.
