Laura Stratton is a professional Musical Theatre performer, director, and vocal coach. Upon graduating from TCU she served as Director of Theatre at LifeStage Theatre in a suburb of Dallas. She quickly realized her passion for one-on-one coaching, and accepted the private vocal coach position at the Children's Performing Arts Conservatory at Casa Mañana, a regional professional theatre in Fort Worth, TX.

Laura's students perform at Equity theatres in the Dallas area, have made the Top 100 on American Idol, and have won the Talent portion at Jr. National Miss.  Laura also has international experience, acting and directing for Sydney's Short + Sweet Play Festival, music directing for Kids Up Front Australia, teaching Master Classes in Auditioning at the Roo Theatre in Shellharbour, Australia, and was represented by Edmund Falzon at Harbour Street Entertainment.

Laura additionally served as the on-camera host of MeTV, an affiliate of NBC in New Orleans. She has provided the voiceovers for dozens of commercials and can also be seen in the upcoming movie Trumbo, starring Bryan Cranston, Helen Mirren, and John Goodman. Laura is thrilled to be settling down with her husband back in Kansas near family. The Culture House seems to be a great fit for her to share her passion and knowledge with such wonderful students.
