 Every Music Student's family has an annual registration fee of $25 and is required to re-sign up for music lessons annually.

Nick Rowland grew up in Olathe, Kansas and currently resides in Kansas City. Nick has studied under many of Kansas City's most reputable musicians and pedagogues, including Jan Faidley, Joshua Sclar, Stanton Kessler, Todd Wilkinson and Jim Mair.  He is a graduate of Olathe East High School and holds a Bachelors degree in music education from Ottawa University.

Nick began playing professionally and teaching in the Kansas City area in 2005.

He has recorded with The Chris Hazelton Trio, Chris Hazelton’s Boogaloo 7, Tony nominee Mary Bridget Davies, and The Good Foot.  He has performed with many of Kansas City’s most reputable musicians, including:  Kerry Strayer, Tim Whitmer, Gerald Spaits, Bob Bowman, Clint Ashlock, Rob Whitsitt, Rod Fleeman, Danny Embrey, Ben Leifer, Matt Leifer, Hermon Mehari and many others.  He currently performs with Chris Hazelton’s Boogaloo 7, Tim Whitmer, The Moonlight Serenade Orchestra, and his own small jazz groups.  Nick has expertise in jazz, R&B, classical, and funk styles, as well as in improvisation.
