Wednesday 8:00 Advanced Tumbling

Level: Advanced Tumbling

Our tumbling classes consist of 
one hour of instruction on the floor 
exercise mat, foam floor (spring also,) 
trampoline, tumble tracks, and various 
mats.  Students will learn drills and skills 
to help them master basic tumbling 
elements including (but not limited to 
the following,) cartwheels, round offs, 
backbend kickovers, back walkovers, and 
back handsprings.  After basic skills and 
progressions are mastered, students begin 
learning lead ups to more advanced tumbling. 
Lesson plans are used to monitor the progress 
of each student.
