Stretch & Flex

Stretching is one of the most important aspects of our health.  As these athletes are continually working their muscles, they will benefit from the components of this 45 minute class.

This class adds to the flexibility of any athlete... Those that want to improve strength; Those that want to be a flyer;  Those that need to increase pliability after pushing through in tumbling. This class is beneficial to all and encouraged for our All-Star team athletes.
