Intro to Acrobatic Gymnastics

            Before climbing on top of the pyramid, there must be a solid base.  Students will learn the basics of strength, balance, flexibility, and tumbling.  Perhaps most importantly, athletes will learn how to work with one another to form amazing pyramids and tempo skills.  This class will be combined with basic floor tumbling so the Acrobatic athletes become well rounded and beautiful performers.  It will give athletes an idea of what acro is all about before tryouts later this year.
