This class will work your whole body and mind.  The trainer will take you through rounds of different punches and combinations.  You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. 

This class will help you see an improvement in both your mental and physical strength.

It is a great way to start your week, or end your week as a stress reliever.
