This class takes the Boxing/Cardio workout one step further and adds a rigorous interval training sequence with intensity exercises.  You will build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular stength and endurance. 

This class will help you see an improvement in both your mental and physical strength.

It is a great way to start your week, or end your week as a stress reliever.
