Boys Strength and Conditioning (Thursday 7:00-8:00) (Inactive)

Level: Developmental Intermediate

Consistent, special strength training is necessary for maximum performance in gymnastics and in other sports. This class allows gymnasts and non-gymnasts to work on strength and conditioning in a fun environment.

This class works on core, upper body and lower body strength through functional fitness. 

This class is recommended for any boy wishing to pursue competitive gymnastics and for other male athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level.
