TUMBLE 5 - 55 minutes
Strong hollowed body layout from both standing and running back handsprings required In addition to coaches evaluation and selection. Front and back twisting elements (Arabians, fulls, front fulls, full and a halfs, double fulls etc) athletes must be able to comfortably work on elements into the pit and on the tumble track. Drills and stamina training will utilized as well. Make ups can be done in T4 as well. We are incredibly excited to have this class back at Excite!
