Here are some tips for helping you to navigate the "Parent Portal":
HOW TO FIND A CLASS:
- When looking for classes be sure to uses the filters at the top of the page. The most important filter is to select the current session/term. By selecting “Term 4” (or “Pace Term 4” for the Pace location) you will only be shown the classes available for the term which you are looking to register.
REQUESTING ENROLLMENT FOR A CLASS:
- Once you have found a class that is offered at a day and time that works for you, you can submit an enrollment request right from the Parent Portal.
- When looking at the class that you want to register for you will notice a box on the left that indicates the number of slots available in that class; to the right you will see a box that says “SUBMIT REQUEST”. By clicking that button you will be walked through submitting a request for this class in one easy step.
- Once you have submitted this request we will double check that your child meets the age/gender/program requirements for the class requested. We will then approve your request and you will receive an email letting you know that you can now pay for your class. You cannot pay for a class until we have approved your request. We offer 3 convenient payment options: Online through the Parent Portal, over the phone at 850.474.1068 or in person at the gym. It is important to note that your space will not be officially held in the class requested until we receive payment in full with in 24 hours of your request being approved.
