The perfect class for athletes who just want to tumble! This class focuses on tumbling skills on the spring floor, on mats, and on the trampoline.
Tramp and Tumbling Level 1 skills:Cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, donkey kicks, handstands, bridges, kickovers, round-offs, and backbends, and walkovers are some of the fun, basic tumbling skills that your child will learn. Your child will learn a variety of developmentally appropriate tumbling skills in a safe, kid-friendly, environment. Classes meet for 55 minutes each week.
This class is perfect for gymnasts who do not enjoy the bars or the beams.It is also great for dancers and cheerleaders to learn basic tumbling.
