Flex Gymnastics is building a new facility in Osceola, WI near the Dollar General. The new gym is estimated to be ready at the end of December, 2018.
Some classes will be unavailable while we are temporarily operating at The ARC, located at 2372 30th Ave, Osceola, WI 54020.
KinderGym, Tumble Tots, and FR 1-4 classes are now available at The ARC. You can register online through the parent portal. There is limited availability for these classes due to space restrictions.
The NEW schedule for the NEW gym will be available mid to late December. If everything is on schedule, we will begin classes at the new gym January 3rd. Those who are registered for classes at the ARC in December will have first dibs on classes in the new gym.
An anniversary fee (also known as a registration fee) will be due on or before your child’s first class and annually thereafter. This fee will grant your family member status which will get you discounts on open gyms, indoor playgrounds, birthday parties, nerf wars, clinics, etc. for the entire year. The fee for the year is $40 per family.
Enrollment is ongoing all year long. This means that you will enroll your child in a class and your child will continue to be enrolled in that class until a parent notifies the front desk to move the child to a different class or to drop the child from class. Tuition will continue to be charged until notice is given. PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes whether or not your student attends class until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
We do annual tuition increases and they will be reflected on your statements.
