This class is constructed for the advanced level gymnast with considerable experience, geared towards those highly motivated who wish to be challenged with more difficult skills and skill combinations on all six gymnastics events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar. Gymnasts will perfect technique and form on more challenging skill combinations, as well as begin to start routines. This class will develop muscle memory, full body strength, flexibility and endurance. Advancement upon coach recommendation only. 2 hrs.
