As some of you may have heard, gyms in Florida have now been ordered to close due to Covid-19 (coronavirus). We are following orders on this and ALL our current families should have received a detailed email with how this situation is being handled concerning billing and other questions. We are working hard to respond to everyone as questions and concerns are asked, but please be patient with us. Welcome to the GCG Parent Portal! If this is your first visit to this page, you can create an account below. Once you have an account, you can manage all aspects of your GCG relationship, from requesting enrollments of all types, to booking parties, making payments, reviewing your child’s skill progression, and more!
Please help us keep communication open! In your GCG Parent Portal, there is a box to “Unsubscribe from Email Blast”. Periodically, we need to inform you of important matters (i.e. holiday class schedules, storm closures, expired payment card, etc). If that box is checked, this information will not reach you.
FIRST TIME CLASS ENROLLMENT: All students receive their first class FREE ! To request a free trial, simply submit a request through your GCG Parent Portal. You will receive an email when your request is approved.
To request a Trial Class: Use the dropdown box to change "active" to "trial". Please inform us of the date you desire to attend in the “Anything Else We Need to Know” box. If a date is not specified, we’ll schedule the class for the next available date.
To request a Make-up Class: Use the dropdown box to change "active" to "make-up". Please inform us of the date you desire to attend in the “Anything Else We Need to Know” box. If a date is not specified, we’ll schedule the class for the next available date.
To request a Class Transfer: Select - Enrollments> View Enrollment>Transfer>Pick Class>Complete Transfer.
If you need to add a student: Do not make a new account ... Simply add the student to your existing account by selecting: Students>Add another Student.
