BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 2016!
This class is designed for dancers that would like to improve their acro and tumbling skills in a safe environment. Dancers will be able to work their skills on our spring mats, into our resi mats and on our tumble trak and trampoline for safe landings and introduction to skills. The main focus of this class will be to work on tumbling skills that are performed by dancers such as handstand variations, front and back walkovers, side and front aerials, back handsprings, tucks and layouts. Tumbling is becoming more and more popular in the dance world and GymTyme wants to share our knowledge of tumbling with the dance community and share our tumbling equipment to ensure safety.
