We strive to give our special needs athletes an atmosphere to promote growth of the body, mind, and of each athlete's social awareness. Gymnastics can provide a healthy supplement to your athlete's therapy sessions, and the activities they will be doing in our gym will help develop coordination, balance, and confidence that will last a lifetime.

40 minute classes


Floor-   This is the place where strength is developed, and it is easy to see their strength grow. The skills they will be learning require strength in different areas of their bodies that other sports or activities do not use.  As their strength increases, the control over their skills becomes obvious.  Stations will be used for students to work individually and independently to allow for the repetitions that are required to commit the skills to their Muscle Memory bank.  By doing this, the student naturally figures out how to make the movement more efficient, thus making the skill easier to perform

Strength Training-  This is where we focus on developing the student’s ability to manipulate their own body weight.  The drills and exercises they do during this time will increase the student’s ability to perform skills with more confidence and control.

Tumble Tramp-  The kids dig it! They get to bounce down the entire length of the Tumble Tramp.  We are expanding their spatial awareness on a whole new level.  Students have to bounce laterally, forward, and backward while performing individual skills with increasing difficulty.  


This is where some magic happens.  Our goal is to have them bouncing on a tramp for 15 minutes. The kids are bouncing, laughing, and having a ball, while we are teaching/guiding them through the discovery of how to control their body in the air while performing individual skills.  The skills progress in difficulty according to ability of the student to perform the skill safely. Individual skills will then be done consecutively in different routines.  We want students to progress, being successful feels great and is fun!

The skills on this list are not the only skills they will be working on.  Some skills have different drills that will help develop the strength and technique they need to be successful.

5 minute Game Time

Playing together as a class with Parachute, and also developing hand/eye coordination by tossing items (bean bags, stuffed animals, balls, or blocks) between child and parent.

Cost: Class Registration is $45 and tuition is $60 a month. 10% Discount available for more than one child in the program or enrollment in more than one class.
