K SR M9: Seniors Fitness (50+ yrs)

Level: 1.5hr: Seniors Class

This is a class for students of AARP age (i.e., 50+ years). It is usually composed of the grandparents and great grandparents of students (children and adults) in our regular classes.

More than anything this is a weekly class for monitoring progress in end-of-life fitness and for coping with whatever comes up. It features commiserating among students in many ways and the development of coping attitudes and retention of functional abilities.

Participation in any such physical activity classes should be discussed between the student and the primary care physician so warnings/limitations can be addressed safely.
