Beginner 1 (W 5-6)

For those new to the sport. Students will learn safety and the basic skills of gymnastics from forward rolls to kick-overs. They will also be introduced to all gymnastics apparatuses. Must master all Beginner 1 skills in order to qualify for Beginner 2. For the best learning experience, choose 2 hours per week. (M&W T&Th M&Th T&W work best)
