Cheer 101

Cheer 101 will focus on basic cheer skills (motion technique and training, jumps, tumbling, dance), strength, coordination, confidence, and FUN! This class is designed for current cheerleaders who would like to brush up on their basic skills, or for athletes who have never cheered before and want to get their basics down before emerging themselves into a team experience.
