Boys Flips & Tricks (Inactive)

For those energetic boys who have been tumbling in your basement this winter, or in your back yard this past summer. This class will focus on increased agility, balance, strength & flexibility. It is a great class for boys in their off season or year round to increase strength and flexibility. We will also be teaching your athletes how to tumble CORRECTLY and help them progress through some new skills.
