Our Intermediate classes differ from the Beginner classes due to the various skills one needs to be eligible for participation. To get into our Intermediate class, a gymnast must have her pull-up pullover all by herself on the bars as well as a standing backbend into a bridge. Gymnasts should have a close-to-perfect cartwheel and handstand. This class provides 10 minutes of stretch and 10 minutes of conditioning, perfect for someone wanting to gain more flexibility and strength. These are 55-minute classes.
