Adult Workout w/ Coach Daniel

Join Coach Daniel every Saturday from 8:45am-9:45am for an adult circuit class. The class focuses on different groups such as your core, arms, legs, and abdominal muscles.  We do a warmup, stretch out, and circuit training.  These are typically low impact exercises and some examples include: Wall sits, planks, leg raises, level changes, or burpees.  A group exercise environment is a great place to have fun and encourage each other!  Try one out today!
