Tumbling Tots

This class focuses on Fundamentals!

The focus of this class is to develop all the skills necessary to execute tumbling fundamentals for our younger athletes. This class focuses on strength and flexibility training as the foundation to all tumbling skills. Students will learn the body lines and muscle awareness and strength needed to perform skills such as straight jumps and forward rolls.

This class will also introduce handstands and cartwheel drills.

Ages: 3-5
