Description: Want to learn how to tumble? Beginning tumbling offers all the skills necessary to develop tumbling skills. This class focuses on strength and flexibility training as the foundation to all tumbling skills. Students will learn forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front and back walkovers, and the basic drills to begin back-handsprings.
