Energy Fitness

Level: Energy Fitness 5 - 18 yrs.

Cardio, Strength Building, and Flexibility for children 5 and up. This fun class allows students to get that heart rate up through a series of games and exercises, condition all areas of the body, and increase that range of motion. Exercises are catered to all fitness levels.  All levels of fitness welcome, so get up off the couch and get moving!
