FUNdamental Tumbling (Ages 6+):

This class is designed to introduce the basic tumbling skills to your athlete. These skills include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and handstands. Athletes will begin skills that will help their bodies develop to be a strong tumbler. Emphasis will be placed on correct form and conditioning drills to help athletes’ bodies to develop to be a stronger tumbler and accomplish the skills required for advancement.
