Slow Flow Yoga, from our partners at Burn Within Yoga
Perfect for beginners and those seasoned yogis who want a little refresher. This 60 minute class is designed to break down basic poses with focus on details, alignment, transitions, and the breath; while instilling you with the comfort, confidence, strength and knowledge needed to explore and enjoy your yoga practice safely.
This is a five week series for the price of a four week series! Buy the series for $40 or pay $10 per class. To buy the series, select CLASSES then select ADULT YOGA. Classes are from 6-7:15 p.m. on Tuesdays from July 2 through July 29. Participants should bring a mat, towel and water bottle.

What to Expect in My Class: Gentle flow with a focus on alignment and breath awareness, combining creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. One of my favorite quotes is: "if you can breathe, you can do yoga."
